The Scientist magazine as a “Best Places to Work” and “Top 100 Employer” by Oregon Business Magazine. Innovative new products are the life blood of Tec and have fueled our 3 decades of growth. Tec Labs has a culture and legacy of creative problem solving but the Bioclaris method takes our brainstorming to a whole new, even transcendent level.I initially intended to only train our leader team since they develop, plan and execute strategy and tactics. The first Bioclaris “challenge” our leader team tackled was the problem of getting out of defensive, "foxhole" mindset of the Great Recession and take the offensive and brainstorm how we can double revenues in 5 years. Our leader team generated over 40 novel ideas. Some of these ideas are deceptively simple and with virtually no expense that we have started executing on them right away. I anticipate with the ideas generated we are on track to double our revenues in 3 years!
I can see that doubling revenues in 3 to 5 years means 25% to 33% growth which creates its own issues. So Bioclaris training was rolled out company wide to each functional team and the “challenge” question was presented to each team. An amazing number of ideas were generated from every quarter of the company to be able to handle this double digit growth smoothly.

All ideas can be prioritized, resources, and champions assigned to assure execution in a timely fashion.
Bioclaris accesses the IQ of the entire team which is always higher than the individual IQ especially when there is effective communication.
